What to expect: In just 30 minutes, indulge in a unique fusion of Usui Reiki, Crystal Healing, and guided meditation crafted to enhance relaxation and self-discovery. As your session unfolds, I'll guide you through a tranquil journey, creating space for reflection and rejuvenation. Prior to your session, I will email you 2-5 days in advance to gather insights for your personalised guided meditation, optimizing our time together on your treatment day. Given we are so switched on in the modern world, taking some time out to reconnect with your inner self is a great investment in your selfcare. If your preferred appointment time is unavailable on the booking calendar, please use the contact form to communicate your preferences. I will try to accommodate appointment requests as much as I can. The overall appointment time is a maximum of 40 minutes. 30 minutes will be your treatment time, the additional 10 minutes available for discussion.
